Paint Shop
We recognise that our commitment to quality, and therefore our reputation and future, will be judged on the finished product. The finished unit must reflect the engineering expertise and quality control that has been achieved throughout the process.
Therefore, to ensure client satisfaction and wherever possible exceed expectations, we have invested in the latest paint shop equipment.
POWDER COATING
An on-line heavy iron-phosphate pre-treatment ensures the integrity of the powder coating facility. Due to the minimisation of handling, the process is not only cost effective but ideal for those industries with critical minimum lead times.
To ensure maximum process integrity, chemical testing is performed on a daily basis. After pre-treatment, all parts pass through a gas fired drying oven before going through the on-line electrostatic powder coating system, and are finally baked at 180-210 degrees.
Silk Screening
In addition to painting, Phoenix have gone another step and set up an in house silk screening capability to customise the painted parts and give a true “one stop shop” for all your sheet metal needs.
